Holiday Fun!

This time of year is so fun! It takes some work to MAKE the fun, but once you get to have it..it's GREAT! It's so worth it! The last two days, I haven't gotten much housework done. We got "school" done and the basics, but other than that...it's been one big PAR-TAY!

Last night was a fun night with friends celebrating the season together with lots of laughter and lots of pink! I love our group of friends...they're great for me, and I love each one of them. Life would sure be boring without 'em! We had yummy food, coffee, dessert...exchanged BLING!....laughed and talked and laughed some more. We prayed together and shared the blessings each of us is having in our lives. I'm so lucky to share my life with friends like these 6 girls. I have many other friends out there that I wish I had more time to visit with and get to know even more...but I'm thankful to have the bond with these girls that I have.

Today, the kids and I loaded up and headed to Maria's for some cookie baking! We had fun! I didn't get any pictures though! :( Hez was even there. ;) What Christmas season would be complete without some baking with friends? (even if the moms DID do most of the work after all while the kiddos played! We even had another healthy meal....5o nuggets and some fries! LOL I am glad to say that not all of it was eaten. My arteries might be screaming at me if they were!
