I have a funny story to share at the expense of a sweet friend of mine. I'll try to refrain from using names in this story....Heather. OOPS! Did I say that?! Ha!
Today was a birthday party at Jumpin' Jungle, a fun place here where you go and jump in those inflatables. It's just a huge warehouse type of place and there are all types of these things. It's really cool and I'm very jealous that they didn't have these when I was a kid! Where was all this awesome stuff then?! Tell me! At least they let us play too when we go!! Sometimes it's more for us than it is for them, I think.
Back to the story...
"Daddy" and the little guy went off to the movies together to see Transformers. They LOVED it! I think it was such a great time of more bonding for them. What more can you ask for...popcorn, coke and all sorts of robotic cars?!
While they did that, me and the girls headed to the party.
Well...Hal wanted me and the little one to get in the basic jumper. So we did..and in followed Heather, her sweet one and a couple of other kids. After we sat in there for a bit, all of a sudden, I noticed the fan went off and it felt like we were sinking a little bit. At the EXACT moment, suddenly a handful of MORE little girls decided they wanted in WITH US! I mentioned that I felt like we were sinking and we realized what happened. We told them and tried to get heading towards the TINY little netted over door with ALL of these little girls. (Probably about 6-8 of them!) It went down...FAST!
We were all in the corner and front of this and the girls started SCREAMING!! Cait started to cry and I got her calm pretty fast because I wasn't freaked out at all. The other girls got quieter and all the adults RUSHED over and started pulling them out by their arms one by one while somebody else was holding the top loose over our heads. After a few seconds of quiet, Heather's little one starts CRYING and screaming..."HELP! MOMMA! SAVE ME! SAVE ME!" It was SO F-U-N-N-Y. Her little face...(although it was sad...it was funny) She looked like she was stuck in fiery building!!! We calmed her down and got her out, then handed Cait out...I got out and then pulled Heather out. Let's just say she handled it well considering that she said while we were in there that she was claustrophobic.
I look back at those moments today and I STILL laugh at the way everybody responded to the collapse of that thing. You would've thought it was a life and death situation...and at the time, it DID feel like we needed to hurry up and "save" everybody.
What a memory! I'll never forget those words..
"HELP ME MOMMA!! SAVE ME! SAVE ME!"

OMG! That was SO SO funny! I'm sure my face was hilarious! And Macy...she is a little dramatic, if I do say so myself! HA HA Thanks for helping me save my daughter! :) It was so much fun and a really funny memory! HA
Love ya!
Oh, and I hope I handled it ok...now looking back its all a blur. I hope I didn't knock over any kids trying to save myself! HA HA HA HA We should have sent Cait out first...she is the baby! I don't know what I would have done if I would have been at the back of that thing. Or if A wasn't holding the corner of it up so I could breathe! Hee hee hee
You did great! I felt bad leaving you in there because I wasn't bothered by it at all and you weren't so happy about the whole thing. HAHA! Thank goodness we went forward right away..like you said. I might have felt differently stuck in the back!
Oh no!! That's awful, yet very funny. I'm glad everyone is alright.
I would have been the one yelling, Help me! Help me! I am sooo claustrophobic!! I'm glad yall had fun and everybody made it out somewhat smiling-Ha!
